Booking & Payment

 

Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Your service date is not secured until the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due prior to the service date.


How can payments be made?
All payments are accepted via Zelle. Payment details will be provided after your inquiry is approved.


Are payments refundable?
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes retainers, remaining balances, and any add-ons.

 

Hotel & Room Requirements

 

Who books the hotel room?
The client is responsible for booking the hotel room.

 

Do I need to check in before the setup?
Yes. The client must check in prior to the scheduled setup time.

 

How does Suitely Curated access the room?
Suitely Curated must be added to the hotel reservation to allow room access for setup.

 

What condition must the room be in?
The room must be clean, with the bed made, and fully ready for decorating upon arrival.

Hotel Policies

 

All décor and in-room experiences are subject to individual hotel policies. The client is responsible for ensuring their reservation allows for decorative services and in-room setup.

 

Setup & Installation

 

How long does setup take?
Please allow 2–3 hours for setup, depending on the design and selected add-ons.

 

Access & Timing Requirements

 

To maintain the quality and flow of our installations, Suitely Curated follows a structured setup schedule.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate hotel room access, and timing details

  • Ensuring the room is available at the confirmed setup time

  • Communicating any changes immediately

 

While we aim to be flexible when possible, missed or altered access windows may limit or prevent setup due to scheduling constraints.

 

Cleanup & Hotel Fees

 

Does Suitely Curated handle cleanup?
Suitely Curated does not provide cleanup or teardown services.

 

What happens after the experience?
A cleanup kit is provided for your convenience. The client is responsible for removing all décor.

 

Can the hotel charge additional fees?
Yes. Hotels may charge cleanup or damage fees if décor is not removed properly. Suitely Curated is not responsible for any hotel-imposed feea

Parking & Access

Who is responsible for parking?
Any parking or access fees required for setup are the client’s responsibility.
